Another Kirkwood Funky HeeL (am a sucker for Heels)

Am a big fan of Nicholas Kirkwood shoes in general, but I especially love his bright colored, funky designs. This shoe is a favorite of none other than the fabulous Sarah Jessica Parker from Sex in the City 2, seen wearing them on several occasions (below pic). This shoe is teal and black suede with metallic leather piping and black leather trim. The platform and heel are black suede. Braids are hot this season, but there are two distinct braided hairstyle looks for 2010: the long side braid, and the fish plait as seen on Lauren Conrad and Nicole Richie and also the Missoni Spring 2010 catwalk. Braid is great for any occassion. The end of the braid can be pinned as it is above or left hanging. Denim is soooo this season and so is cuffed sandals....yes i wore them last summer and still  wearing them :-)

Maxi Maxi Maxi

Ever since I discovered that the maxi is back in this year, I have been hunting for the perfect one with a very gorgeous pattern. Last year my maxi dress had minimum wear due to the bad weather but this year I am confident that I will need at least two for the long hot summer that has been predicted.

I really like boho print and elegant slim cut. I love the feminine and seventies feel of the maxi dress but can sometimes find them difficult to wear being really Tall because some maxi dresses dont come Long.
